As to the naysayers, just because you were, or think, you were wronged, does not mean you have a case, if you are not prepared and cannot give a clear, concise presentation how can anyone expect them to make an investment in you. When taking on a case any law firm is making a huge financial investment in time and money, they earn their percentage in hours and dollars. If you do not like the percentage pony up a retainer and pay hourly. Just realize that a court room is a game and you want the best players, Doug Silverstein is one of the best.
