Niki Akhaveissy is licensed to practice law in both California and Texas. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Niki earned her JD from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. While in law school, she served as the Chief Justice of the Child Advocacy Clinic, where she led a team of law students in representing the best interest of their child clients in parental termination cases.
She was a member of the Board of Advocates and competed in several moot court and mock trial competitions throughout law school. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin. She is fluent in Farsi.
