Catherine J. Roland Employment Attorney

Catherine has successfully first and second-chaired multiple jury trials and binding arbitrations. Her first trial—a sexual harassment case involving two minimum wage workers who were still in their 90-day probationary period when they were terminated—resulted in a plaintiff’s verdict of close to $1 million in damages. As a result, Catherine received an invitation to speak on the panel for CELA Member Victories at the California Employment Lawyer’s Association’s Annual Conference. Another notable trial verdict resulted in a $1.2 million dollar judgment in a disability discrimination case.
