My name is Michael Jacob. I work with the firm of Kesluk, Silverstein, Jacob & Morrison, P.C.. I’m a main partner here. We have approximately six attorneys, and we handle all sorts of litigation from harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblowing – things like that.
I got into employment law from a clinic that I did in law school, actually. It was a program at American University where students got the opportunity to advocate for people that were experiencing different labor violations on the Mexico side of the U.S.-Mexico border. From there, I got experience representing employees who were trying to stand up for their rights.
