Going through a horrible time, fighting an agency that was underhanded in their tactics and witnesses that continually lied Doug and and Katy persevered, were always prepared, and had me prepped and protected me in court. As to the naysayers, just because you were, or think, you were wronged, does not mean you have a case, if you are not prepared and cannot give a clear, concise presentation how can anyone expect them to make an investment in you. When taking on a case any law firm is making a huge financial investment in time and money, they earn their percentage in hours and dollars. If you do not like the percentage pony up a retainer and pay hourly. Just realize that a court room is a game and you want the best players, Doug Silverstein is one of the best.

Great group! Doug & Katie were professional, empathetic, compassionate and honest. They were calm and supportive and when you most want integrity, they delivered. Highly recommend for labor disputes, harassment and wrongful termination.

I have nothing but my outmost respect to the professionals of this firm. They treat you with respect and guide you to success using their deft skills, warm style and experienced perspective. If these professionals decide to represent you, it should be seen as a privilege and you should feel grateful. Unfortunately some persons feel it should be their God given right to be represented for any matter, hence some of the negative comments.
